Happy almost Father's Day! I have no idea what I'm getting my dad this year. My dad's a simple guy, so we usually end up getting him a Dunkin Donuts gift card (he's kind of obsessed), but since he's currently building a deck in the backyard, my brothers and I will probably get him a gift card to Home Depot, plus a pack of his favorite tea (we're not big alcohol drinkers).
What are you getting your dad for Father's Day?
I am obsessed with dunkin down its too, went there yesterday only :)
ReplyDeleteNice ideas , it's always good to gift something useful

Dads can be hard to buy for! I think the Home Depot gc is a great idea since you'll know he'll use it. :)

I absolutely LOVE that "F.A.T.H.E.R." sign! I wish I could give that to my dad, but he doesn't speak English so he wouldn't know what it says... lol! I never know what to get him, I usually just get him a card or a shirt... but I love that Dunkin Donuts gift card idea... he loves donuts... hmmm OOOH!!! Just got an idea, maybe I'll just make him some donuts... I think he'll like that!

My dad is SO hard to buy for. When he has an idea of what he wants all four of his daughters will fight to the end to be the one who gets to buy him it.

That is so funny, I've gotten my dad Dunkin gift cards for the past few years, too! I feel like dads are pretty hard to shop for, but this list is great!
ReplyDeleteHahaha, I love the "Dad, I flippin' love you" spatula! So funny. xoxo
ReplyDeleteMy parents are both born within a few weeks of father's/mother's day... and since I live far away, I usually end up getting them each one big present to cover both. This year, my dad got a series of books by his favourite author, Christopher Moore. We're all big readers!

I love these ideas! We're still trying to figure out a gift idea for my dad this year, so I'll be borrowing some inspiration!

Something About That
I have no idea what to send to my dad, he lives so far away, but a card would be nice. Donuts are a delicious idea!
ReplyDeleteThat veggie griller is so cool, i think my dad would love that! I got my dad a wooden beer tote with a built in bottle opener this year plus a family guy card about farting, because that's what we find funny :-P
ReplyDeleteHaha, that's funny! Who doesn't laugh at farts? :)
ReplyDeleteYum, donuts! I'm thinking a box of munchins would be good too!
ReplyDeleteChristopher Moore is great! I wish my dad read more, but he's the type that can never sit still!
ReplyDeleteI love that too!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Kyla!
ReplyDeleteHaha, that's funny! Why not all of you pitch in to get it together? That's usually what my brothers and I do. We'll get one or two things all together. But I understand wanting to be the one to get the good present!
ReplyDeleteMaybe you could do a translated version! That would be cool!
ReplyDeleteThanks!
ReplyDeleteVery true! Thanks!
ReplyDeleteI went there a few days ago too!
