Ipsy Glam Bag {December 2015}

This bright red, quilted bag is so cute! I like that the color is festive, but it works as a nice accessory all year round. So this month I got some products that I'm really happy with and one that I'm disappointed with.

What I got:
 Elizabeth Mott Eye Shadow Primer ($20)
♥ Pacifica Natural Lipstick in Nudie Red ($10)
♥ Klorane Floral Water Make Up Remover ($23)
♥ Formula X Nail Polish in Revved Up ($10.50)
♥ ACURE Cell Stimulating Face Mask ($13)
MINI REVIEWS

Elizabeth Mott Eye Shadow Primer

Of all the items in my Ipsy bag, you wouldn't think this would be my favorite, but it is! My Holy Grail eye primer has always been the Urban Decay Original one, but this one rivals it. It has the same consistancy and works just as well. No oily eye lids by the end of the day. And it's the same price as the Urban Decay one. I call this a winner.

Pacifica Natural Lipstick in Nudie Red

I had high hopes for this lipstick, but it fell short. The nude-brick red color is nice, though not my favorite, but the real problem is that this lipstick is really dry and not very moisturizing. I think it's cool that it's packed with vitamins and antioxidants and it is pigmented, but I didn't like having it on my lips.

Klorane Floral Water Make Up Remover

This is the prettiest smelling make up remover I've ever smelled. According to the website, it's a 3-in-1 micellar cleanser, toner, and eye make up remover, which is really neat. I've only used it to take off my eye make up and it works just as you would expect it too. It doesn't leave any residue or make my skin feel oily. In fact my skin felt really clean after and it didn't sting my eyes. I would recommend this.

Formula X Nail Polish in Revved Up

Well, hello pretty nail polish! This metallic color goes on so smoothly and it only took one layer to get the ideal opacity. Plus the champagne-gold color is bright and oh so pretty. I would recommend this.

ACURE Cell Stimulating Face Mask

This face mask is interesting. It stimulates new cell growth, French Green Clay draws out impurities, and it's vegan, gluten, and cruelty-free. The scent is a mix between seaweed and mint, the mask itself is on the thinner side, and it's green (which is fun for scaring people!). I haven't used it enough to see a real difference, but I like it enough to keep using it.

P.S. -- I also started getting a ComicBlock subscription and so far I'm loving it! I got one Batgirl t-shirt, a Thor hammer keychain, and four comics (Vader Down #1, Star Wars #1, Pacific Rim #1, and Howard the Duck #1).

Ipsy Glam Bag {November 2015}

How cool is this galaxy print bag?! So in love with it! I have to find cool things to keep in it now. This month's bag had a really great collection of things that I've already been using ever since I got them.

What I got:
MINI REVIEWS

treStique Mini Matte Lip Crayon

It's called a matte lipstick, but I would really call it more of a satin finish. It goes on smoothly and opaquely. I like this Florence Fig color because it's a like a dark my-lips-but-better color with a hint of brown. It's a great everyday color. I would recommend it.

ModelCo Highlighting Trio

I'm not a huge fan of cream shadows because they tend to crease on me, but I'm going to use this trio anyway. The colors are SO pretty. The bronze and rose colors especially are lovely. I would recommend this.

Luxie Beauty Eyeshadow in No. 290

While I like this color in theory, because it's a nice muted purple, but when I put it on it makes me look like I have a bruise on my eyelids. Not cute. I think I would prefer to try some other colors instead, especially for only $6.

Smashbox Full Exposure Mascara

Let me sing the praises of this mascara: I love the wand, it makes my lashes super long, and it doesn't clump! It gives me doll-like lashes and I would totally recommend it.

Coolway Stronghold Spray

To be honest, I haven't tried this yet because I don't use sprays all that often, but oh my god it smells amazing! Like fruit and florals mixed together.

What kind of mascara do you use?

Ipsy Glam Bag {October 2015}

1. I love October's Ipsy bag! It's gold on one side and black patent on the other. Very chic. 2. I love the products I unzipped from the pouch! While the theme this month is alter ego, my beauty products aren't very Halloween-y, except for the dark nail polish, but that won't stop me from using them. What's a beauty product you got recently that you really love?

What I got:
 Aurora Gel Effects Nail Polish in Inky Dinky (full size $12)
 The Balm Matte Liquid Lipstick in Committed (full size $17, sample $5)
 Beauty Without Cruelty Lotion (full size $12, sample $4)
 Nourish Organic Argan Face Serum (full size $24, sample $17)
 Emite Slant Tweezers

This bag is worth almost $38!
MINI REVIEWS

Aurora Gel Effects Nail Polish in Inky Dinky

A+ nail polish, guys! I was a little wary of the color since it's so dark, but I really like this midnight purple color. But what I really, really love about this nail polish is how fast it dries. Because of that I'll for sure be getting more. Plus, I've been wearing it for several days now and no chips at all.

The Balm Matte Liquid Lipstick in Committed

The vintage-style packaging is so cute! I like the pinky-nude my-lips-but-better color and that it's matte. It goes on smooth and for a few minutes it's a little sticky, but then feels like any other lipstick, though maybe not as smooth feeling on the lips. I even ate with it on and it stayed put.

Beauty Without Cruelty Lotion

This is a great lotion; it's fragrance-free and cruelty-free and not tested on animals and not oily. It really sinks into the skin, leaving your skin smooth, rather than sitting on top. I'll definitely keep using this during the winter.

Nourish Organic Argan Face Serum

Seeing as this is for normal to dry skin, this isn't made for my oily skin. It's a very oily serum that smells wonderful (like apricot and roses), but I don't like how messy it is. I might use it now and then on my dry patches, but I wouldn't buy this on my own.

Emite Slant Tweezers

I mean, it's tweezers. What can I really say? It does its job and I like that it's pink.

My Favorite Ipsy Products (So Far)

Can you believe I've been getting Ipsy for over two years now?! I have way too many cute zipper pouches from them stuffed in a drawer, though I did give some to my mom and used some for holding gifts. Anyway, getting these bags has helped me cut back on buying beauty products considerably since I know I'll be getting five products in the mail in the middle of the month. So why spend more money? It's only $10 a month for Ipsy.

Of course, that hasn't stopped me from repurchasing my absolute favorite products (hello Stila Eyeliner in Lionfish and Benefit They're Real Mascara), and now and then I can't help but splurge a bit at Sephora, but I used to spend a lot more on makeup.

The thing is I've accumulated A LOT of products from Ipsy. Many great. Most good. Some meh. A few horrible. The great ones I use almost every day and have been using them since I got them. Some I've had for over a year and some are newer, but I would highly recommend all of them.

My favorite Ipsy products:
 Temptu's Champagne Shimmer Highlighter
 Clarisea Sea Salt Charcoal Exfoliant
 Tarte Amazonian Clay Bronzer in Park Avenue Princess
 Briogeo's Rosarco Milk Leave-In Conditioning Spray
 Pacifica Natural Mineral Shadow in Ethereal
 tarte's Lights, Camera, Lashes Mascara
 NYX's Butter Lip Balm in Parfait
 Crown Brush Duet Brush
 Coastal Scents' Forever Blush duo in Fresh and Elegant
 NYX Love in Rio Eye Shadow Palette in Moonlit Skinny Dip
 Chella Highlighter Pencil
 Prestige Mineral Eyeliner

Totally forgot to include NYX Butter Lipstick in Hunk, which is a wonderful berry lipstick.

Do you have any favorite beauty brands or products?

Ipsy Glam Bag {September 2015}

So I looked online a few days before getting my September Ipsy bag and saw what I was getting, even though I usually wait to be surprised. But then when I opened it I saw that three of the items I got didn't match what they said I was going to get. I actually like two of the items I got better, but one I wish I had gotten. I don't know if they swapped my bag with someone else's by accident or if they just didn't put the right products for me online, but this has never happened before and I've had Ipsy for two years now.

Anyway, this month's bag is Face Fashion because all of the fashion weeks are going on this month. I like the bag because it's a pretty golden bronze color with some texture on the front.

What I got:
 Pixi by Petra Eyebrow Trio (sample $6, full $12)
 NYX Eyeshadow Palette (sample $5, full size $7.50)
 Temptu's Champagne Shimmer Highlighter (sample $6, full size $27)
 treStique Matte Lip Crayon in Nantucket Nude (sample $10, full size $28)
 Clarisea Sea Salt Charcoal Exfoliant (sample $4, full size $18)
MINI REVIEWS

Pixi by Petra Eyebrow Trio

This little trio is so tiny that it fits in the palm of my hand, but what I really like are the matte colors. It's obviously meant to be used as brow powder, but I've also been using as eyeshadow because I like the medium brown color in the crease of my eyes. Of course I dropped it after getting it, but it's still usable. I would recommend this.

NYX Eyeshadow Palette

The colors! The packaging! NYX eyeshadow is always beautiful and these metallic colors shine in the light and blend so easily. The middle shade (a gorgeous bronze color) is my favorite. This palette was designed specifically for Ipsy, but I linked to a similar palette above. I would recommend NYX and their eyeshadows.

Temptu's Champagne Shimmer Highlighter

This Temptu highlighter is gorgeous. It's meant to be airbrushed on, but I just dot the highlighter on along the tops of my cheekbones. This highlighter is very liquidy and the champagne color makes it seem like liquid bronze. I like getting these because I can't afford it otherwise, haha. I would recommend this, but I won't be repurchasing because it's expensive.

treStique Matte Lip Crayon in Nantucket Nude

This is the one instance where I wish I'd gotten the item I was supposed to. Online, it says I was going to get a burgundy lipstick, but instead I got this chalky, nude lip crayon that I don't like. It feels weird on my lips and I'm not a fan of the color. I wouldn't recommend this.

Clarisea Sea Salt Charcoal Exfoliant

My skin is oily, but I get dry patches now and then, especially during season changes. This one is a dry exfoliant, meaning it's just the sea salt, so you mix it with your favorite cleanser and then let it do its magic. I really like this! The more salt you add the tougher the exfoliant is and it definitely left my skin feeling smooth and fresh. I would recommend this.

Pocket Book Reviews + Ipsy Glam Bag {August 2015}

Before we delve into books and make up, I wanted to let you know that I contributed to the first issue of Her Umbrella Magazine! It's a digital lifestyle magazine for "creating a life outside the lines." I wrote a post about 3 Outfits for Autumn. Hope you'll check it out!

Every book I read this month was so vastly different: two YA fantasy novels, a literary graphic novel, a post-apocalyptic book, and a video game adventure novel. It was refreshing jumping from genre to genre.

A Court of Thorns and Roses (#1)
★★★ (5 out of 5)

Written by Sarah J. Maas; After Feyre kills a wolf in the woods, a beast comes to her home seeking retribution. She must live in the faerie world full of dangerous creatures for the rest of her life or die. It turns out the beast is also a young man named Tamlin and her feelings turn from icy hostility to fiery passion. But something wicked threatens not only the Fae world, but her own.

This is the first book I've heard by Sarah J. Maas, but you can now call me a fangirl! Her writing is amazing (so much beautiful imagery!) and this story completely drew me in (it's based on Beauty and the Beast!). Feyre is a tough gal; she hunts for her family and leaves them in order to protect them and goes with Tamlin into the Fae world despite the danger. I really like Feyre and Tamlin's understated love for each other and how they make each other better. I've heard a few people say that this is nothing more than softcore erotica, but I don't think that at all. There were two or three passionate scenes, but they weren't graphic. Anyway, I'm excited to read more from Maas!

Every Day
★★★ (5 out of 5)

Written by David LevithanEvery day a different body. Every day a different life. Every day in love with the same girl. There’s never any warning about where it will be or who it will be. A has made peace with that, even established guidelines by which to live: Never get too attached. Avoid being noticed. Do not interfere.

I read Another Day, the companion novel to Every Day, first, but wanted to read this one since I heard it got better reviews and the people on Goodreads were right. This one is much better and much more interesting. I found Rhiannon (the main character in Another Day) whiney and annoying, but I loved seeing the world from A's point of view. The fact that he/she moves from body to body and must adjust every single day is fascinating, as is his/her view of the world.

This One Summer
★★★ (3 out of 5)

Written by Mariko Tamki and Jillian Tamaki, This One Summer is about Rose, a tween girl who goes with her parents every summer to a lake house, and has fun summer adventures with her younger friend Windy. But this summer is different: Rose's parents won't stop fighting and she doesn't know why.

The art in this book is beautiful, simple but effective, and bring to life the emotions and action in this story. Even though it's all blue and white, you start to not notice because you're so drawn in. I really enjoyed the story and especially liked the friendship between Rose and Windy, but there wasn't much to the plot and it goes slowly at times.

Station Eleven
★★★ (5 out of 5)

Written by Emily St. John Mandel; On a snowy night, a famous actor dies the same night a terrible, highly-contagious flu begins to spread. Fifteen years later, Kristen is an actress with the Traveling Symphony, a troupe that moves between settlements to perform Shakespeare, but in one town they encounter a violent prophet.

Wow! This book is emotional and thought-provoking and eerie. It really made me think about our society and the things we all take for granted (running water, air conditioning, antibiotics). I thought about it for days afterwards. The story flips back and forth between the past and the present, giving you more insight into the characters living and dead. I think the resolution with the prophet was a little rushed, but I think this story isn't about the confrontation with the prophet, but about how wonderful it is that us humans remain hopeful and resourceful.

Ready Player One
★★★ (4 out of 5)

Written by Ernest Cline; in the year 2044, Wade Watts really feels alive is when he's jacked into the virtual utopia known as the  OASIS. Wade's devoted his life to studying the puzzles hidden within in order to find the creator's hidden Easter egg that will unlock power and fortune, but when he stumbles across the first clue, he has to get to the end before other players and the infamous IOI Corporation.

What a fun ride this book takes you on! While I didn't get most of the '80s and video game references because I was born in 1989 and I don't play video games, it was still enjoyable to read because the characters are spunky and the countdown to get to Halliday's egg before IOI gets there is super thrilling. I was on the edge of my seat while I read it. I took away a star because in the middle is a bit slow, but the ending is...whoa!

School is starting soon (though obviously not for me), so August's Ipsy bag theme is Prep School. I like all of these products in theory, but most of them are simply not things I use all that often, like lip gloss or argan oil or liquid eye liner.

What I received:
Eco-Beauty 's Good Night Cream {sample $8, full $40}
AILA's Nail Polish in Mister Pookies {full size $17}
Starlooks Longwear Eyeliner {full size $19}
Marc Anthony's Nourishing Argan Oil {price N/A}
Hikari Lip Gloss in Merlot {full size $13}
MINI REVIEWS

Eco-Beauty 's Good Night Cream

This night cream is very moisturizing while being light and non-greasy, but I don't like the scent. I'm not sure what the scent is, but to me it's not pleasant, which is too bad because it leaves my skin soft.

AILA's Nail Polish in Mister Pookies

I was really hoping to get the other nail polish this month because I'm not a fan of this color. It's like a dark smokey purple, but on the nails it's really dark and more like chocolate brown. Sadly, I don't think it looks all that good on me.

Starlooks Longwear Eyeliner

This liquid eyeliner is so black and so easy to use. It just glides on and it dries so quickly. I've been using this on days when I want a little more drama and flair. I would definitely recommend this.

Marc Anthony's Nourishing Argan Oil

To be honest, I haven't used this yet, but it smells ah-mazing! I can't wait to use this on the ends of my hair.

Hikari Lip Gloss in Merlot

I usually hate lip gloss, but this one is more like a liquid lipstick. It's thick and pigmented and the color is beautiful. It really does have that Merlot color with a hint of rose. I wish it had a better scent, but what can you do? I would recommend this.

Ipsy Glam Bag {July 2015}

It's Ipsy time! The July bag is all about Summer Lovin' aka sun-kissed, shimmery skin, moisturized lips, and fresh hair. I'd give this bag an A since I loved every product except for one.

What I got:
 Tarte Amazonian Clay Bronzer in Park Avenue Princess (sample $10, full $30)
 Eva-NYC Freshen Up Dry Shampoo (sample $5, full $24)
 Be A Bombshell Lip Balm in French Kiss (full $14)
 Ofra Eye Shadow & Highlighter in Bliss (full $15)
 Bare Republic's Natural Tinted Face (sample $4, full $15)

This month's bag is worth $48!
MINI REVIEWS

Tarte Amazonian Clay Bronzer in Park Avenue Princess

I've always wanted to try a product from Tarte! A bronzer would not be the first thing I'd pick to try from this company since I don't wear them all that often, but this particular bronzer is beautiful. The color is subtle (which is great for my pale skin), metallic but not shimmery, and the powder itself smells fruity. Also, I really love the packing. The full size is pricey, but I would recommend this if you're looking for a great product.

Eva-NYC Freshen Up Dry Shampoo

This doesn't beat my holy grail dry shampoo from Batiste, but it's still a fantastic dry shampoo. It smells very fresh and light, it doesn't leave my residue, and it doesn't leave my hair white. I wouldn't say it works as well as Batiste at soaking up oil, but I would still recommend this.

Be A Bombshell Lip Balm in French Kiss

You can't have enough lip balms, right? This one feels silky on the lips and not greasy. It's thick but not too thick. It also has a subtle light pink color, which sadly makes me look sickly, so I've only been putting it on at night. It leaves my lips moisturized and soft. I would recommend this, but maybe get the red color instead.

Ofra Eye Shadow & Highlighter in Bliss

Wow! This eye shadow-highlighter combo is the most beautiful color I've ever seen. It's like a bronze-champagne color and it's super pigmented. It's the smoothest shadow I've ever touched. It's seriously like silk. I would 100% recommend this.

Bare Republic's Natural Tinted Face

I like BB creams and tinted moisturizer's because I don't like having thick foundation on my skin, but this tinted face cream is too thin and watery. It's smooth and blends well and smells nice, but I can't get over how water it is. I wouldn't recommend this.

Any new beauty products you're in love with right now?

Ipsy Glam Bag {June 2015}

Unfortunately, this is not one of my favorite Ipsy bags. Either they're products that don't work for my oily skin or they're products that I just wouldn't use. I do like the sleek black bag with the hot pink zipper though.

What I got:
 BioRepublic Face Masks in Cucumber Breeze, Aloe Rescue & Green Tea Detox (mask set $36)
 tre'StiQue Mini Shadow Crayon in Aspen Pine (full size $26, sample $10)
 Shea Moisture Lip Crayon in Sarah (full size $10)
 Smashbox Photo Finish Primer (full size $36, sample $9)
 Selfie Tan 'N Go Face Bronzer (price N/A)

This month's bag was worth about $35.
MINI REVIEWS

BioRepublic Face Masks in Cucumber Breeze, Aloe Rescue & Green Tea Detox

These masks are interesting to say the least. They're made of paper, but coated in a somewhat thick clear coating of...I really don't know. They smell really great, especially the green tea detox one. It feels strange having it on your face and I honestly didn't notice any differences after taking it off, but they're kind of fun to wear and I'm sure they work if you use them a lot.

tre'StiQue Mini Shadow Crayon in Aspen Pine

This eye shadow goes on smooth, it's very pigmented, and stunning. It's a lovely olive green with gold shimmer shadow. It comes in crayon form, but I like that it doesn't feel like a cream shadow; it feels more like a powder, which for me always stays on better and is less prone to creasing. I really like this shadow crayon and might get another color at some point.

Shea Moisture Lip Crayon in Sarah

Whoa is this lipstick bright! It's a bright fuschia with subtle blue shimmer that makes it seem kind of holographic. It's super pigmented and feels very smooth on the lips and I love lip crayons because it makes the lipstick so much easier to apply. I would definitely get this in other colors if I didn't have a ton of lipstick already.

Smashbox Photo Finish Primer

This makes my skin feel so flawless and smooth. My concealer and BB cream glide on perfectly over the primer. The only problem is that primer always makes my skin get oilier faster, so I never wear it. So whoever wins my birthday giveaway will find this in their bag!

Selfie Tan 'N Go Face Bronzer

Well, this is a strange product. It's a clear gel with little brown beads of bronzer. You use a small amount and rub it into your skin. The beads pop and turn the gel a nice bronze color. You can use a lot or a little, depending on how dark you want to go. This bronzer is too dark for me though and a product I know I would never use, but if you want to look tan for an event this would be perfect since it washes out.

Happy 4th of July to my fellow Americans!
Happy weekend to everyone else!

Ipsy Glam Bag {May 2015}

How great is this bag?! I got "Contents: My Life," but I saw on Instagram that others also got "Contents: Pretty Important Stuff" or "VIP: Very Important Products." This month's theme is Jetsetter, which is perfect because I'm hopping on a plane to Pittsburgh tomorrow and I'll be using this bag to house my make up.

What I received:
♥ Skone Cosmetic's Pretty Eyes Automatic Eyeliner in Navy {full size $15}
♥ IT Cosmetics CC+ Cream {full size $38, sample $7}
♥ Briogeo's Rosarco Milk Leave-In Conditioning Spray {full size $20, sample $4}
♥ Klorane's Smoothing and Relaxing Patches {full size $21 for 7 sets, sample $6 for 2 sets}
♥ Urban Decay's 24/7 Glide-On Lip Pencil {full size $16, sample $5}
♥ BONUS: Urban Decay's High-Color Lipgloss in Failbat & Bittersweet
MINI REVIEWS

Skone Cosmetic's Pretty Eyes Automatic Eyeliner in Navy

I generally don't wear anything other than black and brown eyeliner (sometimes an Urban Decay dark purple eyeliner), so at first this color kind of scared me. This "navy" is pretty bright to be called that. But I wore it this past weekend and liked the way it looked. I don't think I'll wear it all the time, but it's something fun to wear during the summer.

IT Cosmetics CC+ Cream

I've tried BB creams before, which were too thin to really cover anything, so I didn't think this CC cream would be that much different. Luckily, this is right between foundation and BB creams; it's not too thick, but it does a good job of covering redness. Plus I like that it smells like lemon and has SPF 50+. I would definitely recommend this.

Briogeo's Rosarco Milk Leave-In Conditioning Spray

I've tried other products by this company before and really liked them, but this one by far is the best. My hair gets frizzy in the summer (New York is notoriously humid), so sometimes every day I need something to calm the frizz after coming out of the shower. This liquid-y spray has a light floral scent and works wonders.

Klorane's Smoothing and Relaxing Patches

I love using these! I think it's fun to use the blackhead patches on my nose and pull them off to see what grossness is there. Please tell me you like doing this too! These are different of course: these soothing ones have cornflower and are meant to moisturize and brighten tired eyes. I didn't see a difference, but they sure were fun to use.

Urban Decay's 24/7 Glide-On Lip Pencil

To be honest, I haven't tried this yet, but I've heard great things about it. It's a clear lip pencil that you use on your lip line or your whole lip before putting on lipstick or lipgloss. I'll definitely be using this to make sure my lipstick stays put.

BONUS: Urban Decay's High-Color Lipgloss in Failbat & Bittersweet

Unfortunately, I'm not a lipgloss girl. I find them too sticky and I don't like that I can feel something on my lips. However, I decided to try the bright pink (FailBait) and it's not as sticky or uncomfortable as I thought it would be. I think that because it's a thicker gloss, almost like a liquid lipstick. I'm excited to try the purple one (Bittersweet).

Have you tried any of these products?

Ipsy Glam Bag {April 2015}

Time to review the Beautifully Bohemian Ipsy bag! I really love this month's bag, both the actual bag (the colorful straw makes me think of the beach) and the amazing beauty products. I'm excited to use all of these products for the rest of forever.

What I got:
 Pandora's Face Blush in Pink Carnation (full size $12)
 Mullein & Sparrow's Tinted Lip Balm (full size $10)
 The Balm's Nude Dude Eyeshadow in Fit (sample $3, full size palette $36)
 MICA Beauty's Eye Primer (full size $45)
 Elizabeth Arden Lipstick in Red Door Red (full size $25)

This bag is worth $95! Whoa!
MINI REVIEWS

Pandora's Face Blush in Pink Carnation

I love using blush. It makes me look like I'm alive, instead of a pale zombie. This blush is a dark rosy-pink (it's darker in person that it appears in pictures), it's matte, and pigmented. With just a swipe or two it gives me a rosy glow. I would recommend this.

Mullein & Sparrow's Tinted Lip Balm

The small packaging is so cute! This balm is organic, vegan, and handmade. It has a delicious orange smell, but the balm itself is thin and greasy and not very tinted. I like the scent, but not much more than that.

The Balm's Nude Dude Eyeshadow in Fit

Love this packaging -- it's a book! This pigmented metallic bronze eyeshadow is so pretty and catches the light very nicely. I would love to get more colors. I would recommend this.

MICA Beauty's Eye Primer

I didn't think I would find an eye primer that rivals the Urban Decay original primer, but this is fantastic. The light colors acts as a matte highlighter, which is great for when you need to look more awake, but if you have darker skin don't worry because it blends in really well. My eyeshadow stayed put all day with this, there wasn't creasing, and no oily lids. Perfection! I would 100% recommend this.

Elizabeth Arden Lipstick in Red Door Red

This is definitely the fanciest lipstick I have! Look at that gold packaging! I love the idea of red lipstick, but to be honest I never wear it because you have to be so precise. This pink-red lipstick is so pigmented; one swipe is all you need. It also has a sweet vanilla scent, which I love. I'll have to start wearing red lipstick more. I would recommend this.
