Wow, I've already blogged on a weekly basis for 12 weeks about REVOLT! Despite the fact that I myself haven't seen many changes, which is entirely due to the fact that I haven't exercised in the last month, I would still recommend REVOLT. The program is fun and challenging, but still doable, and you can tweak it to work for you since it's all online.
There's also an online community to keep you pumped up and on track. The videos change every month to keep things interesting, and there's a meal plan as well.
I really liked exercising using REVOLT, so I'm going to continue using the videos to get in shape. Now and then, I want to do some 5- to 8-minute minute Fitness Blender exercises because they have videos that target specific parts of the body.

Goal: Begin exercising again!
This Year: Continue to drink lots of water and eat small portions and feel good about myself!

I actually didn't work out much last year, but one of my goals this year is to start going to the gym! I don't want to lose weight but I definitely need some exercise! :)

Yes I have almost managed to shed 4kgs and tone up a little too, but feel behind because of the party season, will continue to exercise portion control and workout more in the new year !
