Outfit: Gray Area

On days where I'm at a standstill for what to wear, I usually reach for blue and black because it looks put together, but last week I wore blue and gray for a change. Since spring is on the horizon (hopefully), I thought the lighter gray would be more suitable than the darker black. I paired this outfit with my taupe-colored booties, which I can't stop wearing. 

When I was out shopping with a friend a few weeks back, I picked up this hair embellishment on a whim. I'm glad I got it; it adds some pizzazz. Thanks, Avra, for the idea of wearing it at the end of a braid!

    I love that you went with the gray jacket instead of a black one. It looks perfect this way! I also love that hair embellishment, and It looks awesome at the end of your braid. I wanna get my hands on that gray jacket, I have lots of dresses it would look great with!

    So cute! I also love that I could probably recreate this outfit with pieces from my closet (except maybe the booties, though my sister has a gray pair like that!). I am intriguing by this thought.
