REVOLT Week 5


This week was not a good one in terms of exercising. Yep, I didn't even exercise once this week, though all day Monday I was standing and moving boxes, so that has to count for something, right? But I'm not beating myself up about it. I had a lot of things to do this week and my mind was focused on homework and starting #NaNoWriMo. I got a lot done, just not exercising. I'm going to make sure next one is a better one.

Goal: Actually exercise! 

This Week: I need to exercise even if I have somewhere to go afterwards. Unfortunately, when I exercise and got hot, my hair gets super frizzy, but who cares if it means I got in a workout, right?

  4. that is the greatest gif! well Sara, i think the box lifting does count, i mean it's still physical exertion right?! my only complaint about exercising...past the motivation to actually do it, is the hair thing too! usually mines covered up in either a bandana or baseball hat. wishing you a good bunch of work outs next week lades!!

  7. I feel like it's okay not to excersize every week :-) When I did "Start To Run", sometimes I had other obligations too and couldn't do a part of the scheme. I'd say moving and homework are actually pretty good reasons to leave out a work-out, and you could always do an extra set of excersises next tome? ^^ xo

  8. This is so cute... and a great motivator! Although once exercise fully becomes part of your routine, I think you'll find, like I do, that it's hard to cut back even when you're not feeling 100%!
