This week was much, much better! I exercised a few times (and could definitely feel it for a few days afterwards), drank lots of water, and snacked less (who can resist a KitKat all the time though?). I'm getting better at adding the workouts into my schedule since Revolt's exercises are only 15 to 20 minutes long. That's why it's easy to stack them and do two in one shot. Then I really feel the burn.
Goal: Exercise four times this week instead of just two or three!
This Week: This is gross, but I need to remember to wash my workout clothes more often. Luckily, I exercise at home where no one can smell me, but still. Gross.
Weight: Haven't weighed myself
Have a great Saturday!
**I'm writing this post in return for free access to Revolt.**
good luck dear and hope you can keep up. :)

I think if I keep seeing these posts, maybe, just maybe I will be inspired to actually exercise (I say as I eat chocolate raisins!) Keep up the good work :)
