REVOLT Week 4

I didn't exercise as often as I should have this past week because of work, but when I did I made sure I really tried my hardest and only took breaks when I really needed one, and I ended up sweating a lot and feeling it the day after. 

Today I thought I would show you what I wear when I exercise. I like to switch off between these two outfits. 

Most of the time this is what I wear when I'm gettin' my sweat on. These bras are surprisingly good and keep everything up and out of the way when I'm moving around. I'm also in love with these compression cropped pants because they allow me to move without getting annoyed at excess fabric. Also, I love wearing bright colors when I exercise, even though I do it at home where no one can see me.

At times I'll switch to the clothing above if I know I won't be moving around as much (aka doing arm or floor exercises) because otherwise I'll be constantly fixing my yoga pants to be comfortable. I still have to wear fun colors. You have to make something about exercising fun, right?

Goal: Exercise after work, even if I've been standing all day! Bring a bottle of water to work to help me reach my daily intake goal!

This Week: Laying out my exercise clothes on my bed helps to remind me that I need to exercise. And there's no excuse if my clothes are right there. My homework will still be there if I take 45 minutes to exercise. 

Weight: 127 (up one pound from last week)

  3. those are such great workouts wears Sara! i love the color play you've got going on, makes the thought of working out that much more appealing for sure :)


    good idea about laying the clothes out, really a good prompt when you'd rather just tuck in under a cozy blanky or something. it's my downfall, i've been extra tired lately and have a tough time staying motivated to keep moving. good for you on staying with this regime. well done lades!!!

  4. Blech I am the worst about working out. But that sounds like a good tip-- leave out the workout clothes as a reminder. Best of luck with your exercise goals :)

  5. Fabletics' gear is pretty good at staying put. My other yoga pants have me constantly adjusting to get them to just STAY there, but I'm pretty sure I could be shot out of a cannonball and my Fabletics capris aren't going to budge. Setting your clothes out sounds so simple, but a great idea to actually motivate your to work out!

  7. So true, I have to tell myself that my homework will still be there if I take 35 to 45 minutes to work out. I think after a little over a month of going 4 to 5 times a week it is becoming more of a habit!

  9. That's some nice gear. I also love to work out in bright clothes. It keeps you happy and motivate! My favorite yoga shorts are hit pink, and my favorite sports bra is neon green.

  15. I love the bright colors. I wore lots of black and gray when I first started working out now I'm trying to add more color. I really want a pair of bright running shoes.
