It was really hard not to add some color to my outfit. You guys know that almost all my outfits contain color, so wearing nothing but black and white is not the norm for me. But I have to say, I love it! It's good to change it up and this outfit feels fresh and sophisticated. Besides, I don't think this outfit even needs any color because of the cute crochet collar, the little bow, the embellished shoulders, and the giant buttons on my heels.
Can I just say how happy I am I got this sweater? I almost passed it up when I went shopping with my friend Avra. At $70, it's a lot more than I usually spend on one item, but it fits so perfectly and I know I can wear it in so many ways, so I was pleasantly surprised when it turned out to be on sale for $50. Still a lot, but much better. I think the universe was telling me to get it!
Also, I'm not a pro at wearing heels by any means, but these mary jane pumps are so comfortable. It probably has something to do with the fact that the heel is only 2 3/4". Perfect for a girl who prefers flats like me.
