I don't wear the combination of stripes and florals all that often (due to the fact that I only own two striped items and way too many floral pieces), but I love the combination. It's pretty and feminine and fun. This specific outfit works because the stripes and the background of my skirt are both navy.

I wanted to show you guys this adorable sticker that I bought from Jess' Etsy shop. She's the girl behind Bookworms in Dresses, but also draws people with copic markers. Isn't she so talented? For only $2.50, you can get a little mini you! She also gave me an extra drawing because she's a sweetheart!

See how I wore this sweater with jeans and how I wore this skirt in the summer!
Do you like mixing stripes with florals?

ReplyDeleteHaha, my wardrobe is the opposite of yours: so many striped things - from dresses to skirt to tops - but I think I only have one or two floral dresses haha ^^ Love this look Sara! It's become a classic combo by now, but I still really like it ^^ The parka pulls it all together. xo
